Advances in women’s equality bring about a fairer and more humane working environment for everyone; this allows all those in the profession to maintain a healthy balance between working and their home life, whatever form that takes.
MICA have a working group which addresses all forms of inequality in the workplace, including social mobility, and the W programme provides crucial insight and a forum for sharing advice between practices.
